UK Inbound Call Center

We are UK based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Inbound Call Center Services.

[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Contractor needs to provide inbound call answering services.
(2) Volume of calls will be between 8000 calls to 10000 calls per year.
(3) Contract will be for a period of 3 years.

[C] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:

Onshore (UK Only)
