Government Authority located in Vermont; USA looking for expert vendor
for After Hours Call Answering Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Call Centre Services for inbound calls
from the United States and Canada on a 24/7/365 for Government
Authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for two (2) years and it may extend for
two (2) additional one year periods.
(3) A bidder's conference will be held on May 21, 2012.
(4) Exact call Volume is not determine but volume of live-agent calls,
sometimes as many as 200 in a day.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Global & Offsite. Vendor needs to
carry work in their Office location anywhere in World.
[D] Eligibility:
- Global, However, vendor should have registered company (Corporation) in USA
